The hotel truly met all our expectations. Despite visiting in October and the weather being cold, we still had a great time. It's definitely a place worth visiting in the summer too, as the pools and water parks are amazing. I'd also like to give a special thanks to the animation team, who really know how to bring the fun, especially Ms. İdal. We’re very grateful for the shows and activities that kept us entertained :)
We had the chance to experience another hotel in Kuşadası, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was delicious and satisfying. We were very pleased with the pool, room cleanliness, and the service in the restaurant. Our room was cleaned and our sheets were changed every single day without exception. The animation team was very weak—almost non-existent. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was wonderful we were very impressed with the food, service, and cleanliness in every aspect. Even though we stayed as three people, the room was quite spacious and clean. In terms of entertainment, it was also great. Mehmet from the animation team, along with many others, took great care of us and made sure we had a fun time. This was the best and most enjoyable hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Next year, I’ll definitely book for more days and stay longer.
Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at so far, this was definitely one of the best. Even though we booked a promo room, they gave us one with a sea and pool view. Our room was very close to everything, perfectly sized, and despite already having an extra bed for our baby, they also brought us a crib. Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. Although we went in with low expectations due to some negative reviews, the experience far exceeded anything we imagined. We would love to return. From the food and drinks to the aqua parks, everything about this hotel makes it an ideal choice for families with children. Even though we only stayed for three nights, they surprised us with a lovely gesture by hosting us at the à la carte restaurant on our last night — we were truly pleased and happy. Thanks to them, we had an unforgettable evening. We hope our paths cross again — we already know where we’ll be staying for our next holiday. Thank you, Ephesia Holiday Beach Club family!
I wanted to give my retired parents a holiday, as they never had the chance to do so while raising three daughters and sending them to university. We spent 4 nights and 5 days at this hotel, and my mom and dad absolutely loved it, they were so happy. Our room was cleaned every day, and all the meals were prepared by the chefs everything was incredibly delicious. We didn’t experience any issues with the food at all. It’s impossible to go hungry at this hotel; the food is so abundant, and something different is served at all hours. My parents were especially happy to know the hotel is owned by a Turkish family, and they felt proud. This year, we could only afford this much, but next year, God willing, we will make an early reservation and stay longer.
During this holiday, which I spent with my family, my 7-year-old daughter had an amazing time. Although the hotel doesn’t offer the best beach options, the pools more than make up for it. The size, cleanliness, and interior furnishings of the rooms were all impressive. The animation team made us so glad we chose to spend our holiday here. Roni, Tweety, Leo, Barnie, Sourinho, Eto, Nazlı, Beni, and Jasmin showed all of us what it truly means to be part of an animation team.
