Creating a pleasant working environment to differentiate the business, with rewarded and motivated personnel. Good working practices and hiring and retaining quality individuals with job knowledge, along with reducing hiring and onboarding costs and increasing productivity. Maintaining market-level salaries and providing additional benefits such as accommodation, clothing, meals, and transportation are the main elements of our personnel policy.

Encouraging seasonal employees to return the following year.
Conducting exit interviews with departing employees.
Ensuring equal opportunity without discrimination based on race, religion, language, gender, or age.
Providing employment opportunities for disabled individuals and offering positive discrimination for female employees are fundamental principles of Ephesia Hotels’ personnel policy.
SOME OF OUR ENVIRONMENTAL MEASURES
Our facility, which holds the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, carries out the following initiatives:
EFFICIENT USE OF LIGHTING AND EQUIPMENT:
-
Training to instill awareness about turning off unnecessary lights and equipment to save energy, extend lifespan, reduce maintenance needs, and save costs.
-
Use of energy-saving bulbs.
-
Controlled energy usage.
-
Use of low-flow showers.
-
Reduction of faucet flow rates.
-
Towel and linen reuse programs.

-
Prefer bulk purchases instead of single-use products whenever possible; for example, using refillable containers instead of individual plastic amenities in bathrooms.
RECYCLABLES
Paper and cardboard, glass, plastic, and metal (aluminum, iron, copper, brass) waste are collected. Recycling bins are placed throughout the facility to encourage guest participation in recycling.
POSITIVE PLANNING
Thermal insulation of building exteriors.
CLIMATE CHANGE AND TOURISM
Hotels and other accommodations play a crucial role in ensuring that the local population fully benefits from tourism: they can offer fair employment opportunities and prioritize buying local products and services (also reducing air transport load).
Tourism businesses should do their utmost to minimize their environmental impact and reduce carbon emissions.
To support this, both of our facilities use solar energy, conduct tree plantings, ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of chimneys, and obtain emission measurements along with environmental permits.
We operate on the principle of taking necessary precautions to avoid harming the environment.
BLUE FLAG
Our facilities with monitored sea water quality have been awarded the Blue Flag Beach designation.
CLEANING MATERIALS
Environmentally degradable cleaning materials are used.

-
Are made from recycled or recyclable materials,
-
Are sustainably produced or sourced from sustainable origins,
-
Are Fair Trade / Organic / FSC / MSC certified,
-
